About Us
Kinsey Fisher, DNP, MSN, FNP-BC
(Doctor of Nursing Practice, Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner- Board Certified)
Kinsey Fisher co-founded From The Ground Up Family Practice in 2021. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who sees patients of all ages. She utilizes a patient-centered, whole-person approach to identify health problems and form treatment plans. She believes in helping patients take an active role in their health care. Since becoming a nurse practitioner, she truly feels that she has found her calling. Some of her favorite things to help patients with are depression/anxiety, obesity/weight loss, hormone health, preventative health,She also gets excited when she gets to use our medical laser to help patients feel better about their appearance, which can have a direct impact on their mental health and wellbeing. She enjoys teaching and wants to make sure that her patients truly understand their health conditions and how to treat them. Kinsey’s experience includes 10+ years of experience working in the health care industry in various settings.

She attended Montana State University for her Bachelors in Nursing Science degree and Frontier Nursing University for both her Masters in Nursing Science and Doctorate of Nursing Practice degrees.
Kinsey grew up in Montana and met her sweetheart Steven here. They have 3 dogs, Riley, Nova & Piper and 2 rainbow babies, Aiden & Isaac. When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and anything DIY.

Deb Leishman, office manager,
Deb co-founded From The Ground Up Family Practice in 2021. She is an amazing office manager with 12 years of experience working in health-care settings. She is the mother of five great children who are her greatest accomplishment. She also is a new grandma. In her spare time she enjoys playing the piano, quilting, playing games with her family, reading books and camping in the summers. She has taught piano, had her own window covering business and worked in the service industry over the years. Deb loves interacting with patients and helping them to achieve optimum health in a small clinic atmosphere. She takes the time to get to know the patients and develops friendships with them outside of the time spent at the clinic.
